RSG Media Hires Veteran Rights Management Executive Randy Johnson; Tanvi Kweera Upped to SVP

Mr. Johnson will be focused on the development of new products and functionality to complement RSG Media’s suite of rights management,  audience development, and ad revenue optimization solutions.

Mr. Johnson is recognized as one of the leading thought leaders in the rights management space, having co-founded Jaguar Systems several decades ago. Johnson has experience across publishing, media content, music, consumer products and sports entertainment.  He most recently served as a consultant to several large media and entertainment companies. Mr Johnson also served at FilmTrack. He will be based in RSG Media’s Los Angeles office.  

Ms. Tanvi Kweera has been promoted to Sr Vice President Rights Solutions effective immediately. 

Ms. Kweera has been with RSG Media for over 11 years, most recently as Vice President of Rights Solutions.  “This is a well-deserved recognition for the incredible job that Tanvi has done at RSG Media India and RSG Media New York. Tanvi started as a BA in RSG Media India and I am very happy to see how she has grown from that role to the one she has now.” stated Mukesh. “As a product manager for rights and content amortization, her contributions have been well received by our clients.  The promotion to SVP is a testament to how impactful Tanvi has been at RSG Media,” said Ram Arcot, CTO.  “I thank Ram and Mukesh for the confidence that they have in me.  It is an exciting time to be at RSG Media.” stated Tanvi.  “And we are looking forward to the release of additional functionality supporting the convergence of consumer products and media content with AI enabled avails calculations that provide prescriptive analysis across a global sales catalogue.”
