Alteon Tackles New Workflow Tech at Smart Content Summit

At the March 10 Smart Content Summit in Los Angeles, Taylor Donohue, VP of product for Alteon, will discuss the challenges facing professional creatives today and going forward with delivering their assets to the public as quickly as possible.

Donohue’s breakout presentation — “A Faster Way to Move Media” — will look at how new technologies — especially Web3 advancements such as decentralized data storage, NFTs and smart contracts — are the perfect tools to democratize the creative industry and empower professionals.

The company is leveraging these tools and ideas to streamline, expedite and consolidate workflows, so creatives can focus less on organizational busywork and more on the art they love.

“In the ever-expanding content market, it’s critical that professional creatives deliver their assets to the public as quickly as possible,” Donohue said. “Lightning-fast internet speeds, modern technologies and Web3 concepts are streamlining this workflow, despite the files’ massive sizes. In this talk, learn how Alteon is helping to solve these problems by getting footage from camera to cloud to social media with a single tool.”

The 2022 Smart Content Summit event will be held in conjunction with the EIDR Annual Participant Meeting (EIDR APM) and is presented by Whip Media. The event is produced by MESA, in association with the Smart Content Council and EIDR, with sponsorship by BeBanjo, Signiant, Qumulo, Adio, Alteon, Digital Nirvana, PacketFabric, Slalom and Rightsline.
