The addition of Delphix builds on Perforce’s existing infrastructure automation offering through acceleration of on-demand delivery, self-service test environments, and continuous testing offerings to deliver Shift Left testing with accurate, compliant, and timely test data.

Delphix’s industry-leading Data Management software platform enables scalable automation, governance, and compliance of enterprise data throughout the application lifecycle.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024. Centerview Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Delphix in connection with the transaction.
