Exactuals is seeking a business development professional familiar with SaaS, music and media to join Exactuals’ music vertical. The role will offer the opportunity for upward growth as the business builds. To be clear, the journey will begin as business development and field sales function. Note: Compensation and benefits will be strong and uncapped for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following traits:

A clear understanding of the music and media industries, digital supply chain, publishing, labels and SaaS.
Possess a strong network in music and media with experience interfacing with publishers, labels, aggregators, DSPs and PROs.
Direct sales experience.
Experience at a mid-stage company with an evolving product offering.
Passion for networking and customer development.
Desire to influence product and strategy decisions.
BA/BS required.
MBA/Master’s Degree a plus.
