The Team

Prisma Cloud is a global leader in the Cloud Security business. The Sales Operations & Strategy team for Prisma Cloud is a strategic pillar for our continued growth within this space, and a critical component to accomplishing our mission. Our team supports Sales and Systems Engineering teams to assist in large organization’s migrations to Cloud Security, enabling smooth sales processes and empowering the teams across the world. This team is a trusted partner to the sales leaders in Prisma Cloud, and ensures harmony between our strategy and execution.

Your Career

We’re looking for a Sales Strategy & Ops team member who will help drive Prisma Cloud’s next phase of growth in sales. You will support the annual planning process by running analytics on territory alignments and quotas, document Cloud-specific Rules of Engagement, support new sales rep onboarding process via Anaplan, mediate and escalate compensation issues.

This job isn’t just about operations and analytics – it’s also about communicating insights to the business, and shaping the data & processes that you’ll be working with in future.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detail-oriented, but capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves, slicing and dicing massive sets of information, and creating solutions to problems that have not been tackled yet.

Your Impact:

Work on high priority initiatives including (but not limited to) annual planning for Prisma Cloud and support territory optimization, quota assignments, and sales incentive design.
Collaborate with regional Sales-ops partners to drive onboarding of new reps, process rep transfer / promos via Anaplan.
Recommend ways to drive simplicity and improve automated processes with internal tools, documentation and technology.
Develop, maintain, and document Cloud specific rules of engagement to create a knowledge base and help the business scale.
Report and analyze sales programs, overall and individual performance, and provide analytical insights to help grow the business in Tableau, G-Suite, and Salesforce.
Lead cross-functional sales projects aimed at growing revenue, increasing productivity and/or improving operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as BUs, geo sales operations, marketing, finance, analytics, IT to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Experience

Min. 4+ years in sales ops, finance, analytics, or similar roles
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred, e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan a plus.
Enjoy taking on new challenges and comfortable handling ambiguity.
Ability to drive issue resolution process for responding to escalated issues and questions concerning sales plan, commission payments and policies.
Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent requests/issues.
Fluency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor/Masters degree in Economics, Analytics, Business studies, Business Administration or related subjects.
Experience in B2B technology industry is a plus.
