The Opportunity

To be part of a team that is building something special, and the opportunity to become an industry recognised leader in the Digital and Customer Experience domain.

To become the authoritative voice in region, both internally and externally, leading and influencing business and technology architecture discussions with key Adobe customers.

What you’ll Do

Drive regional YoY business growth for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and collaborate across the International business to build on Adobe’s market leading success.

Collaborate with regional leadership to exceed commercial AEP growth targets

Be the technical owner across nominated large scale opportunities and, working closely with regional Sales and Solution Consulting, be responsible for the definition of appropriate architecture to position AEP to meet customer outcomes

Partner with the in-region go-to-market team for AEP and related applications to evolve the strategy and ensure delivery against quota.

In collaboration with the Global Product Teams, create regional technology standards and proven practices. Ensure adherence when proposing technology recommendations to customers.

Ensure the voice of the regional customer is heard and partner with PMM, PM and Engineering to influence product roadmaps.

Be well-versed in transformational technology trends and concepts, ideally with experience of managing & delivering architectural visions

Be an excellent communicator and public speaker.

What you need to succeed

Happy in challenging the status quo with a view to help drive growth and deliver increased market share

Evidence of practical leadership experience in Architecture and Design, with breadth and depth across IT and business domains, working, for example at Chief Architect or CTO level

A proactive approach to problem solving & influencing executive expectations

Build appropriate relationships through influence, both with customers and internally

Outstanding relationship building, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Strategic approach, coupled with problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

Comfortable in prioritising your own workload while aligning to business goals.

An innovator at heart, self starter, who is looking to push the boundaries on the art of the possible.

Understanding of Digital Marketing solutions/technology/industry knowledge in an On-Demand/SaaS business environment

Excellent understanding of market verticals including FSI, Retail, Telco/Media, Travel & Hospitality and Pharma

Ability to articulate technical and business information to a varied internal and external audience
