DevOps Engineer (Mid-level)

Ateliere’s Engineering team is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to support the release of our product to dev and client platforms, while also contributing to small PoC’s requested by our clients and solutions engineers.

Primary Responsibilities

Respond to incidents and resolve issues with our environments in the US time-zone
Work with the customer success and support team to help clients with troubleshooting issues. This includes but is not limited to the use of some AWS services (s3, ec2, cloudfront, acm, route53, etc).
Assist clients in the release process
Help developers with releases to dev env’s
Work on trivial bug fixes on our infrastructure
Work on small client requests PoC (Proof of Concept) tasks

Qualifications

Experience with AWS cloud provider (or other cloud providers) – Associate level knowledge
Basic understanding and experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
Basic experience with scripting languages (bash, python, etc.)
Basic experience with different Linux distributions and Windows machines
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Proactive attitude and a focus on resolving problems and delivering high-quality results
Ability to demonstrate customer-service orientation and creativity in problem solving

Preferred Qualifications 

AWS Certifications, minimum associate level certification.
