JOB SUMMARY
An OnPrem Manager – Product Owner with systems development life cycle (SDLC) experience engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects including developing, building and implementing technology strategies and solutions. You will work with a project team of other consultants at a client site.  You may have an opportunity to mentor junior colleagues.  Although projects vary, you can expect to dive deep into the client business.
The team member filling this role should expect to engage in a number of different types of consulting projects ranging from the formulation and analysis of business, process, and organizational strategies through the implementation of recommendations and PMO establishment.  The methodologies will range depending on client preference.  The team member may lead small and large teams consisting of other OnPrem team members and client resources, and will be expected to facilitate sessions across the executive levels of client organizations.
Responsibilities include:
·         Supporting existing digital marketing team platform for international stakeholders
·         Managing projects with broad and complex stakeholder requirements
·         Driving the execution, monitoring and control of project plans to successful on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion while identifying and remediating project risks and issues
·         Managing multi-site, multi-vendor relationships and transition efforts including multiple internal and external performing teams, servicing incumbent subject experts and client stakeholders to ensure service delivery and performance attainment
·         Developing and maintaining strong client and account team relationships
JOIN US (REQUIREMENTS)
Requirements:
·        Systems implementations, detailed system design, functional and technical requirements gathering for digital asset management and digital workflow solutions
·         Experience performing current and future state strategy and process assessments
·         Minimum of five years experience implementing technical solutions with a large consulting firm
·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
·         Experience with digital asset management software solutions and digital media
·         Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) and exposure to systems development methodology best practices
·         Strong analytical and effective problem solving skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong client and executive presence
·         Thrives in a team environment
·         Ability to travel up to 20 – 30%
Preferred experience:
·         Experience with packaged DAM solutions (e.g., ADAM)
·         Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore)
·         Experience working with Digital Marketing teams
·         Experience as a product owner
·         Automotive industry experience
·         Technical knowledge of system architectures using SOA principals, Java/J2EE and .NET
