PwC Wins Marketing Award (MESA)

As part of its 19th annual Marketing Excellence Awards program, ITSMA has awarded PwC’s Consumer Intelligence Series (CIS) the Gold Award for Marketing Excellence under the “Driving Business with Thought Leadership” category. In its mission to be recognized by C-Suite executives as a thought leader, and to differentiate itself from others in the professional services industry, PwC introduced CIS with the mantra, “show, don’t tell,” in mind. The program uncovered new consumer-specific insights and industry “aha’s” for PwC’s targeted Business Decision Maker (BDM) audience, thus establishing the firm’s expertise in new business areas and improving their reputation in the strategic advisory space.

ITSMA honors marketing programs, campaigns and new initiatives that have demonstrated superior performance in the four most critical aspects of marketing success: strategy and planning, innovation, execution and business results.

The CIS content platform included four major content streams, along with marketing campaigns for each, over the course of twelve months. As a result of its considerable success, CIS was expanded in 2016 to cover more topics, to use new research tools, and to span across territories other than the U.S.
