MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: June 1-4

SAP kicks off more than a month of international Sapphire Now events, with a global keynote address, featuring SAP CEO Christian Klein and special guests. Wasabi shares tips on how to avoid ransomware and proactively prevent cyberattacks.
And the Media & Entertainment Information Sharing Analysis Center (ME-ISAC) and Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA) host their third informal, monthly meet-up for cybersecurity and content protection executives in the M&E industry.
Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of June 1-4, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.
Here’s a look at what’s ahead:
Tuesday:
• Sony continues its Tech Tuesday AV Solutions Webinar series with a discussion on “Professional BRAVIA Displays and TSI Touch,” covering the integrated, one-box Infrared Touch Solution from Sony and TSI Touch.
• ME-ISAC — an initiative within CDSA, for the benefit of the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) — will host https://www.eventbrite.com/e/me-isac-and-cdsa-monthly-meet-up-tickets-148989857675 its third informal meet-up for cybersecurity and content protection executives in the M&E industry.
Wednesday:
• SAP kicks off more than a month of international Sapphire Now events, with a global keynote address featuring SAP CEO Christian Klein and special guests. Throughout June, Sapphire Now sessions will be hosted by SAP for EMEA, the Americas, Korea, greater China, and Asia Pacific, with a July event schedule for Japan.
• As part of MicroStrategy’s Innovation Webinar series, “The Great Debate: Did COVID-19 Create a New Culture of Analytics?” will feature a panel of experts discussing the top lessons they’ve taken away from the past year, and cover what technologies they would invest in now to make an impact in the second half of 2021.
• The webinar “How to Strengthen Security and Reduce the Risk of Data Loss” will see experts from Box discuss the latest security enhancements in Box Shield, how the Content Cloud prevents data leaks, and recent Box security success stories.
• Wasabi hosts the discussion “Don’t Fall Prey to Ransomware! How to Proactively Prevent Cyberattacks,” sharing common cybersecurity threats your business may face, methods used in combating and preventing ransomware, and how to use immutability and other cloud storage features to maximize your data security.
