Iyuno-SDI Acquires Ortana Media Group

Iyuno-SDI Group announced it has acquired 100% of Ortana Media Group, a leading digital media workflow orchestration and asset management solutions provider. This transaction comes shortly after Iyuno-SDI announced a strategic investment in Ortana in October 2021.
Ortana will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary company of Iyuno-SDI, offering its full range of SaaS and managed services solutions to the marketplace.
Iyuno-SDI will accelerate the deployment of Ortana’s Cubix platform to centralize its global media asset management, workflow automation and tool integration across its 67 facilities worldwide. This will provide the backbone of the company’s extensive expansion of media and distribution services allowing Iyuno-SDI to manage increased demands for end-to-end localization services.
James Gibson will remain Chief Executive Officer of Ortana and additionally take on the position of VP Product and Architecture for Iyuno-SDI. James will report to Chief Information Officer, Allan Dembry.
