Monday:

• The “AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Day” course is for individuals who seek an overall understanding of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud, independent of specific technical roles. This course also helps you prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam.

Tuesday:

• “A Practical Guide to Ransomware: Immutable Backups with Wasabi + Veritas” will discuss how the best preparation against ransomware is a layered defence built on a foundation of redundant and immutable backups. With Wasabi hot cloud storage and Veritas’ backup applications you can protect all your data and mitigate the impact of ransomware attacks on your IT infrastructure. Along with protecting your business, you can protect your back account by using Wasabi’s cloud storage instead the hyper-scalers that charge excessive egress and API fees.

Wednesday:

• “Optimise CX Strategies in Economic Uncertainty” will look at how today’s economic environment is ever-changing and businesses are being tasked to maximise their resources. Organisations still need to provide excellent customer service for every customer, every time. Join Zendesk for the Grow with Zendesk webinar to hear from Tracy Chavis, VP of Customer Success and Moultrie Mobile at Pradco Outdoor Brands, as they share insights on how they have been successful at driving growth by optimising their CX strategies.

Thursday:

• The AWS Marketplace webinar “How to Improve Your Security Posture with a Web Application firewall (WAF)” helps attendees discover how a WAF goes beyond a standard firewall and helps you meet security industry compliance.

Friday:
• The “AWS Technical Essentials Day” session is an introductory course, where you will learn about AWS products, services, and common solutions. You will learn the fundamentals of identifying AWS services so that you can make informed decisions about IT solutions based on your business requirements.
