MESA’s Baines, Members to Talk Localisation Industry 9th Nov

Caroline Baines, MESA’s director of client services, will be on hand in Berlin at the Languages and the Media conference and exhibition 7-9 Nov, and will take part in a panel on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
The session, “Change is the One Constant in Localisation,” will look at the status of the localisation industry both now and in the future, as well as the need to foster new talent and encourage greater diversity, and discuss the role technology plays and how it can co-exist with human creativity to ensure that content of all types continues to be enjoyed by global audiences. The Cloud Localisation Blueprint will be among the topics discussed.
Tom Donoghue, senior sales executive for SDVI, Björn Lifvergren, executive chairman of LinQ, Nicky McBride, global business development and client relationships for Iyuno, Tuncay Pervaz, EVP of operations and customer success for Fabric, and Stephen Rush, VP of international postproduction at Sony Pictures Releasing International, will join Baines on the panel.
