MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: March 27-31

Zendesk hosts career- and customer-based presentations, Perforce dives into the workflows of virtual productions, and Equinix examines the ins and outs of innovation.

Those are just a few of the events from the MESA community the week of March 27-31, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• Zendesk hosts “Coffee Break: Gaining Operational Agility to Scale.” In this episode of the series, Zendesk will talk about operational agility and services to scale which gives your support organisation the edge it needs to boost agent efficiency and meet customers’ rising expectations. With customer expectations at an all-time high, support organisations need to respond and adapt to changes more quickly than ever before. To compete and deliver the best CX, companies will need to be nimble and responsive. In a word: agile. But many companies struggle to keep up, often unaware that they have many of the necessary tools readily available at their fingertips. Product experts will guide you through specific, high impact solutions that you can easily implement.

Wednesday:

• Perforce presents “Tech Talk: Version Control Workflows for Virtual Production.” As more and more teams in media and entertainment adopt technology like game engines for virtual production, they are turning to the tool the game development industry has used for decades: version control. In this Tech Talk with Jase Lindgren, visual effects specialist and solutions engineer at Perforce, learn how version control is revolutionising the way the film industry creates and collaborates. Attendees will get an overview of version control software — what it is and how M&E teams are using it, a primer on how version control enables better collaboration via branching/streams, and examples of real workflows your team can use for your next production.

• Adobe hosts “Three Acrobat Sign Integrations that Speed Up Your Work.” Teams across every organisation can e-sign documents and collect signatures faster — with the right collection of tools and processes. Adobe experts will provide an introduction to Adobe Acrobat Sign, with a focus on time-saving integrations into other software being used in your organisation. They’ll cover how to collect, track, and manage e-signatures with Acrobat Sign, send NDAs and onboarding documents for e-signature with Acrobat Sign inside Workday, generate contracts and quotes in seconds with the Acrobat Sign for Salesforce integration, and build automated e-signing processes that connect Acrobat Sign with your Microsoft 365 apps like Teams and SharePoint — no coding required.

Thursday:

• Equinix hosts “Accelerate the Pace of Innovation.” Join expert speakers as they discuss industry trends impacting businesses and driving the need for virtual digital infrastructure, together with findings from the recent Forrester Total Economic Impact of Equinix Digital Services. Listen in for practical insights into the journey taken by organisations as they transition their IT infrastructure using Equinix Digital Services, strategic impact of the investment(s), and usable framework for evaluation and business case justification. You’ll learn how our customers evaluated and implemented Equinix Digital Services to deliver a faster speed to market, improved customer experiences and increased operational efficiencies.
