Zendesk hosts its Relate event, Adobe and Microsoft dive into integrations, and Wasabi checks in on managing your cloud storage.

Those are just a few of the events from the MESA community the week of May 8-12, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• SAP hosts “Onboarding Session 2: Project Readiness – RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.” Join the 5 touch points ‘RISE with SAP Onboarding Journey’. The onboarding journey aims to ensure a consistent experience providing guidance from contract signature to project implementation and go live. • Wasabi presents “Management of Cloud Storage: Securing Data, Automating Management.” Cloud storage has become incredibly user-friendly, whether you’re an administrator, developer, or end-user, the centralised portal and API tools facilitate quick and efficient operations. Despite the protections that cloud storage providers have in place, storing data in the cloud increases the attack surface area. Users must take the additional safeguards of protecting root account information, configuring MFA, and using data immutability options.

At the same time, the administrator must oversee all back-end operations that go with maintaining cloud storage and delivering storage services. New storage management tools make it simple to provision storage, forecast capacity trends, and share usage information other users.
