Derick Stace-Naughton,

Derick Stace-Naughton is the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Operations at Quixote Studios, reporting to CEO Mikel Elliott. In this role, Derick leads Quixote’s corporate shared services teams while also leading growth strategy and operational initiatives.
Derick joined Quixote Studios from Production Resource Group (PRG), the industry’s largest production services company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer of PRG’s North American entertainment division. There Derick orchestrated one of the production services sector’s all-time largest mergers, leading the integration of PRG’s entertainment division with VER.
Prior to that, Derick held a variety of leadership roles at VER, serving on the senior executive team that led VER’s successful restructuring and sale to PRG in a nine-figure deal. Derick began his career in media and technology as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He has also worked as an assistant to former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and as a published research physicist.
In his spare time, Derick sits on the Board of Directors of the National Hemophilia Foundation.
Derick holds an MBA from Stanford University, an MSc from the University of Ulster, and a BA from Georgetown University.
