Deluxe Highlights Remote Dubbing Tools at 25 Feb. CWMF

In today’s world of remote everything for productions, perhaps no corner of the media and entertainment workforce has been impacted by the pandemic more than voice talent.

Dubbing remotely is a challenge on all fronts, from recording quality to meeting necessary standards to staying secure.

At the 25 Feb. Content Workflow Management Forum, “M&E’s Premiere Localisation Event,” Deluxe’s Andrew Verkade, client services director, and Greg Taieb, VP of product management, will share how the Deluxe One Dub virtual recording studio meets all those challenges, allowing for continuity of quality dubbed content distributed to local markets.

“Greg and I are planning on demonstrating some of the latest advancements in dubbing including how content creators can get their content out to dubbing studios faster and more securely using AI and ML driven toolsets,” Verkade said of their presentation “Collaboration Tools for Remote Recording: Deluxe One Dub.”

Deluxe sees 2021 being a year of continued innovation on the remote dubbing front, with evolving multi-user technology being employed to overcome ongoing, and new, complexities. In their CWMF presentation, attendees will learn how to record with loop-groups, collaborate with sound engineers and stay in-sync, all while maintaining high-quality and security

The Content Workflow Management Forum is produced by MESA, the Smart Content Council, and the Hollywood IT Society, with sponsorship by Whip Media Group, Deluxe, Digital Nirvana, Meta, Richey May Technology Solutions, OOONA, Vubiquity, Nexus TV, Titles-On, EIDR, Keywords Studios and Signiant.
