Ryan is responsible for supporting Zendesk’s largest customers and prospects across the Southwest territory. Today many of Zendesk’s media and entertainment customers are supported by Ryan’s team whose focus and commitment is to help customers achieve continuously strong ROI through the use of the Zendesk platform and to drive best in class customer and employee experiences and outcomes. Ryan has spent his professional career in SAAS and prior to working in technology was a collegiate and semi-professional hockey player and has continued to stay involved in the sport by coaching youth teams across multiple age groups. Ryan lives in Orange County with his wife Shanice and son Jaylan with a baby girl due in June.
